Note: If there is a problem with your order, production time will understandably be extended. Once the item(s) have shipped, there is nothing we can do to change your order.


A failed delivery attempt means that the courier driver tried to deliver a package to a customer, but the delivery was unsuccessful. In most cases, you will find a note from the driver informing you of the attempt and the failed delivery.
In order to pick up your order, you will need to contact your local courier and schedule a pickup.
We cannot guarantee delivery if the address is incorrect and not notified within the first 6 hours of placing the order.
We will do our best to deliver your order or send you a new order if pickup is not possible.
